      Adam Braucher has been on staff with NOVA FCA since 2009, and was promoted to NOVA FCA Director on Sept 1, 2011. He previously worked with the Pentagon Police Force as their Director of Athletic Performance, and with the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars, as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.
      Adam grew up on the sunny beaches of Punta Gorda, Florida. He received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Indiana University, where he was a Placekicker for the Hoosiers' football team.
      FCA has played an instrumental role in Adam's spiritual life, as he was led to the love of Christ by an FCA Football Chaplain at the age of 16. he has a passion for growing ministry, with the hopes of seeing every athlete and coach in the NOVA Area given the opportunity to hear the Truth of Christ, and invited to join Him in their eternal journey.
      Adam and his beautiful wife Heather, who is also on staff with NOVA FCA, celebrated the arrival of their first baby this November, a daughter named Gracelyn Ivy.
