Guest Speaker: Kate Wiesner
Kate Wiesner is a professional soccer player for the Washington Spirit in the National Women’s Soccer League. Drafted 7th overall in 2024 after a five year collegiate career at Penn State, Kate is entering her third year a pro. She has experience playing with the US Women’s National team at both the youth and senior level, participating in the Under 17 Women’s World Cup in 2016 and earning her first cap with the senior team in 2025. Kate has grown up in the Christian faith, and her walk with the Lord has profoundly impacted her life and career. Through a series of injuries and setbacks, Kate has come to know the depth of God’s love for her and found her identity in Christ away from the field — a truth she is passionate about sharing with teammates, opponents, and fans.
