FCA Ministry is growing all over the Northern Virginia area. Since 2013, our staff in the area has grown from 8 full-time and 3 part-time staff to our current total of 16 full time field staff and 8 part-time administrative support staff. And we are actively recruiting staff for multiple full time positions in all areas. 

In recent months, NOVA FCA has adopted a "shrink to grow" mindset. We are actively working to shrink the geographical areas that a local office covers so that ministry can grow deeper in those areas.

With that in mind, the Northern Virginia FCA (NOVA FCA) office name was changed to Greater Fairfax FCA. You can see by the map to the right and below the local offices that are now under the NOVA FCA Multi Area. Click on the link to each website to learn more about specific FCA ministry opportunities in each area. 

Virginia as a whole is part of the FCA Mid-Atlantic Region. The Mid-Atlantic region also includes Washington DC, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. You can go here to learn more.
